AARP
Detailed Overall Design Process Case Study. I created an organization and restructuring of wireframes, coupled with strategic meetings and a thoughtful design approach. Created innovative tools and templates such as the cover status, annotation library, design brief, and design checklist. As well as instruction on how to write and track user stories and create and maintain a changeling.
“I thrive in a place where collaboration is encouraged and where creative input is valued. In my design strategy I strive for simplicity, clarity, reducing friction on the side of the user, creating delight, being innovative, and finding new ways to approach a problem. I prefer to base design decisions on research and understanding of the intended customer.”

Interests and Hobbies
Design, Art, Photography
UX wasn’t a word or field until after I was in college. I went to art school, studied drawing, painting, and art history. I also studied design and design management. It wasn’t until I saw a presentation on UX where I felt like everything came together. I had found my calling. But I still love to draw, take pictures, and paint.
Baking, Cooking, Gardening
I’m very passionate about baking and cooking. My favorite dishes to make are old, rustic, ”peasant”dishes from rural France and Italy. I like to use ingredients from my own garden, and those that are locally sourced.
Photography
One of my favorite pastimes is to walk the streets of cities and take photos of ordinary people in their environment.
